The Property Ombudsman (TPO) provides a free, fair and Independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between member estate agents/letting agents and consumers who are landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK of which Goldstone have been members of since 2019.

The Dispute Service (TDS), is an independent company that works to resolve any tenancy deposit disputes that may occur at the end of a tenancy in the private rented sector through a scheme called The Tenancy Deposit Scheme of which Goldstone have been members of since 2019.
